The House Select Committee on Benghazi report contains at least one major bombshell: the committee found no evidence of the three directives that President Barack Obama claimed he issued when he first learned about the ongoing terror attack.
Neither the committees official report, nor the Democrats dissenting minority report, mentions the three directives. (In fact, President Obama barely features in the Democrats report at all, as if someone else were Commander-in-Chief that evening.)

No controlling legal authority.
for libtards there is no single universal objective truth, so only the narrative that supports the libtard agenda matters. So there is no reason to expect that obummer means what he says
Correction: “Obama lied about everything”. Can’t think of one time he ever told the truth except that he would “fundamentally transform American” and that he would bankrupt “the coal companies/power companies”.
After all communists, like Taqqiya Moslems, can lie to advance their ideology agenda and treason.
Hillary has made lying into a PhD art.
Two psychopaths who are doing their best to destroy America.
November can’t come fast enough. And the “political global warming” is going to get buried under an avalanche of “political hell freezes over conservative victories”.
But the Democrat minority report, fatuously entitled, Honoring Courage, Improving Security, and Fighting the Exploitation of a Tragedy, failed to include the conversation Hillary had post-Benghazi.
This is classic Clinton MO-combining investments and death and destruction. Profiting off a tragedy-its what the Clintons do best. Read on.
(EXCERPT) On September 15, in a telephone call with then-Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr, then-Secy Clinton emphatically portrayed the stupid, very offensive film as the root cause of the Benghazi violence. Clinton told Amr, I have repeatedly, as has the President, and other officials in our government, deplored not only the content of this stupid, very offensive film But we have to exercise more self-discipline otherwise well be in a vicious downward circle against everyone who has ever felt offended, particularly on the internet .
After referring to Benghazi, Secy Clintons telephone call with then-Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr also contained a curious reference to what the former secretary referred to as a very successful investment visit led by my deputy Tom Nides, and, on the very day they left, this series of incidents began to unfold.
NOTE: According to the Washington Post, Nides, (1) was deputy secretary for management and resources at the State Department, and, (2) at the same time, Nides was responsible for communications with donors for the Clinton Foundation.
Nides was also involved in the earlier scandal involving Secy Clintons efforts to provide special access to State Department officials for hedge fund clients of Chelseas husband, her son-in-law, Marc Mezvinsky. (hat tip Judicial watch)
I want to know why a lawyer has not contacted this “filmmaker” (calling him that is really a stretch in my opinion) to bring a major lawsuit against Obama and Hillary. It’s a slam dunk case. What defense could they possibly mount?
Lies lies and more lies
From the traitorous duo. The TRAITOR in chief and Hillary another TRAITOR
so the problem was downstream of the Chairman of JCS Martin Dempsey??
The ‘use all of the resources’ had to made clear at some point according to Panetta. This is the timeline I could narrow it to from the report:
3:49pm agent contacted the State Departments Diplomatic Security Command Center
4:21pm the White House Situation Room has a meeting
4:32 p.m. notice to the operations center at the Pentagon
minutes after word of the attack reached the Secretary, he and General Martin E.Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, departed the Pentagon to attend a previously scheduled 5:00 p.m. meeting
5:00pm the Secretary and Dempsey briefed the President ... the Secretary recalls the following guidance: The President made clear that we ought to use all of the resources at our disposal to try to make sure we did everything possible to try to save lives there.
i know. i just cannot quite translate “use all the resources at our disposal to try to make sure we did everything possible to try to save lives there” at Obama’s level into “stand down” at the trenches level.
It too eludes me why the Select Committee let this ambiguity stand.
