ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A former college student who gave birth in her sorority house was sentenced Monday to life in prison without parole for killing the newborn by throwing her in the trash.
Emile Weaver, 21, was found guilty by a jury last month of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

This had nothing to do with post-partum depression. This ____ had this planned. She had gone to the health center for oral contraception in Sept.. A blood test showed that she was pregnant. They attempted to contacted her several times to discuss her results. They then advised her that she was going to get a letter by certified mail informing her of her results. She knew. She planned. She executed.
