No, I don’t think it’s him. The guy I’m thinking of testified truthfully before the GJ, but lied about his testimony when speaking to the MSM immediately after he gave that testimony. Since it was HIS testimony, HE could reveal it. GJ rules only demand the GJ and officers of the court not reveal testimony... allowing his lies to go unchallenged till well after the Libby conviction at which time, nobody cared.
