A prominent neoconservative intellectual and early promoter of the Iraq War is headlining an official campaign fundraiser for Hillary Clinton next month, Foreign Policy has learned. The move signals a shift in the Clinton campaigns willingness to associate with prominent Republicans and is the latest sign of how far some GOP defectors are willing to go to block a Donald Trump presidency.Robert Kagan, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and a co-founder of the Project for the New American Century, will speak at a Hillary for America fundraiser ...

When does the Brookings Institute become a conservative think tank?
> Why would any Republican support Hillary Clinton?
Because they’re working for the same masters - the banking cartels, the military-industrial complex, and any foreign government which wants to pony up some real cash.
Victoria Nuland is also Jewish, not just her NEO-CON husband.
They said all along they opposed Trump. Why would you be surprised?
Yes, I had to take a self imposed timeout for a while, but a late convert is better than never.
Excommunicate him from the Republican Party - NOW!!! Take away all his credentials and privileges. Do not let him meet with Republicans or attend our Convention. The Republican Party is a PRIVATE ORGANIZATION, and he has violated our rules. Send him packing, along with every other one who has publicly stated they are voting for Hillary. YES WE CAN do this - do it NOW!!!
I agree.
You mean here?? That surprises me. He was a great writer.
Try posting Sobran’s essay, “How Tyranny Came to America.” It will be taken down within a minute, and you will be told the reason: “Joseph Sobran.”
I’m not doubting what you say, I believe you, but wonder why? I knew NR “purged” him (and Buchanan and many others, but didn’t realize the purge reached here, and even into the grave. As for Pat, he’s getting a little revenge today. Pat was driven out of the party in part by George Will.
Well, today WILL left the party, and Pat’s on the Trump train. So, a good day as far as I’m concerned.
They better think twice about fighting Russia. Hitler found out that it is easier to grab hold of Russia than let go.

Nonsense. The elites want to get filthy stinking rich. Money buys sex and sex makes their world go around.
PS. Putin and his crony oligarchs wants the same. Birds of a feather and all that... There will be no war with Russia.
The Donald is flushing out all of the cockroaches.
>They better think twice about fighting Russia. Hitler found out that it is easier to grab hold of Russia than let go.
They’re quite delusional. They can’t grasp that the Russia way of war has been mass suffering since the begging of the Russian people. Russia is quite willing to nuke us we push them too far. Worse Russia would win any nuclear exchange, well as much as anyone can. Russia has enough bomb shelters to house about half their population. American has no bomb shelters for our people. We’d die out why they lived on, but the neo cons are too full of hubris to see it.
Will is a Bushie. The Bushes and Bushies have controlled the party before Reagan and after Reagan.
The Bushes’ last stand was their puppet, Ted Cruz.
Like I have been saying for YEARS. Neocons like Bush, Will, Krystal are really democrats!
Prior to the neocon infiltration of the GOP, republicans were ALWAYS the anti-war party. WW1: Democrat war, WW2: Democrat war, Korea: Democrat war, Vietnam: Democrat war. Then the Dems went anti-war with McGovern and the war mongering (neocons) fled in mass to the GOP. It was the Neocons that gave us Iraq war 2, Libya, Syria and Sudan and all the rest of the s-storms going on in N.Africa and the middle east. I hope every damn neocon leaves the GOP.
Brookings has always been on the other team.
