"The presumptive GOP nominee tools around his golf course, shrugs off Brexits effect on U.S. before dining with Rupert Murdoch."
BALMEDIE, Scotland Donald Trump took his business and campaigning cross-promotion to the next level on Saturday, giving a rolling press conference and tour of his resort from the drivers seat of a golf cart, with reporters in hot pursuit.
The press conference revealed both stunning views of the North Sea and that Trump will dine Saturday night with Australian media magnate Rupert Murdoch.
A POLITICO reporter was turned away at the resort's front entrance, and quotes are based on reports from journalists in attendance.
A day after the UK voted to leave the EU, Trump was nonchalant about the repercussions of that vote for Americans. "This shouldn't even affect them, frankly, if it's done properly, if we had proper leadership, he said on the 10th hole. "The U.S. has real, real problems and Brexit is not their problem," he added on the 13th.

Trump was at Turnberry yesterday. Today he was at his golf course in Balmedie, just north of Aberdeen, which is indeed on the North Sea.
Yahoo News had an article on this today (https://www.yahoo.com/news/aberdeen-journal-mr-trump-won-000000095.html). I thought the image of reporters chasing Trump desperately around the golf course trying to get in an extra political question here and there was actually kind of amusing, especially the description of reporters collapsing into their golf carts loudly gasping for air. Our 70-year-old businessman ran them ragged.
