I met him once briefly in 1991. It was at an MLB All Star Game Fanfest. He wasn’t warm or friendly. He didn’t impress me. Apart from a few columns I have read posted here on FR and channel surfing I haven’t paid attention to him. There are a few pundits I like but Will after that meeting was never one of them. He has been on the FR feceslist for a long time.
Will served as the ABC token conservative while Sam Donaldson ranted and raved through the program.
