Do not believe anything the lame stream US media has to say about Sarah Palin.
I have friends who live in Portugal and France. I talk to them online all the time.
The liberal media and the biased news is even worse in their countries than it is in the USA.

You would be wise, Eurotwit, if you would examine your news sources more carefully- if you think anything negative of Sarah Palin.
If you examine her record as governor, she accomplished EVERYTHING she set out to do, and then left office. She was not a megalomaniac determined to grasp onto power. She was the only Governor EVER to resign on her own while NOT under indictment.
And she left because the liberals were using lawsuits to PERSONALLY bankrupt her, which she could not defend as sitting governor- would you be happy if the liberals in your country use vindictive lawsuits to force your favorite politician out of office? But you probably heard that makes her “quitter”.
