Actually, I am proposing NOTHING in the way of impediments to trade among people. NON-Government. Not intervention.

Representative Democracies are great for many things. Love them for law, contracts, fire and police, army, currencies, etc.

But even then, keeping the governmental portion of them as far away from people’s freedom to transact as they wish is wise. No bureaucrat or lawmaker can have the perfect knowledge of the needs of the market or the downstream effects of their actions. See Hayek.

Socialism (National or otherwise) is the intervention of the government to direct the resources of the country, a la a tariff to limit competition for politically favored industries that greased bureaucrats’ palms.

that’s your problem. no intervention means flooding with shoddy goods made by child labor in poor working conditions.
our tariffs are put in place by representative democracy that is our heritage. they are strength, not weakness. so get a clue.
