ITV (via C-SPAN) just said that they believe that “Leave” has an 80% chance of winning at this point. I can hardly believe this is really happening. I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much, but this is great news.

BBC World News is basically saying Leave has won. They were at Remain headquarters and reported that everyone ‘remaining’ in the room was depressed and that Cameron had gone into a huddle with advisors.
I hope it happens and I’m proven wrong since I believed the Brits would choke - as Farage did earlier in the evening.
