Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey was on Fox 35 Orlando news this morning discussing how to respond to an active shooter situation.
I couldn't find the video on the Fox 35 site of their interview with Sheriff Ivey, but here are links to view his video that Fox 35 partially aired. His interview was a good one!

Thank you Wayne. He used to be our sheriff before we fled the possible rising waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Wish he could move south. Broward sheriff Scott Israel is a Debbie Wasserschmuck fan. And he is PRO-Gun Control. Horrible.
Of course, when he took office he always had two bodyguards standing behind him to try and intimidate.
What we need is out of control government control
That’s my friend and Sheriff...Several years ago he “forced” me to get CC and arm myself and for “at home” use.
I thank him every day for his advice. When the Causeways are closed in time of trouble we will be lucky to have 1 or 2 cars patrolling the entire beach area. He made it clear we must protect ourselves.
BUMP to ask everyone to watch this video!
Heard him speak a few years ago. Very level headed. Glad he’s our sheriff!
I watched the video. OUTSTANDING!
I am a retired detective Sergeant for my Sheriffs Department after 30 years of service. I can tell you that this video is one of the best presentations I have seen on this subject. I like it so much that I intend to pass it on to my local Sheriff with some strong recommendations.
Thanks for posting the link.
Good idea,to have an AR or an AK in that type of situation.
Ivey would personally respond and cooperate in making a video for the area of another sheriff...
You be the JUDGE!
Each has its virtues; that’s why I have one of each.
