Yes, it makes the point that the Clinton's income has been steadily increasing over the past decade. But, so what?

There are specific cases where money was paid directly to the Clinton Foundation or Bill Clinton, while they were doing business with the Dept. of State, during Hillary's tenure.

If you don't make that linkage, most people will just say: "oh, another conspiracy theory". Hillary herself has tried to shrug it off as exactly that, today.

Yes, it's only 30 seconds. But, they could have spent 10 seconds on each of three different specific instances, rather than meandering around the subject and expecting people to follow it.

You have to remember: we are better informed than 95% of voters. We can fill in the gaps. The other 95% can't. And they won't bother, unless you shove it right in their face.
