Fortunately for being mostly sedentary, I can be very mobile, and a little on the athletic side when I put my mind to it. My goal is 50 pounds. I would be very content with that. I have about 46 to 47 to go.
Cool! Of course, the key to losing 50 pounds is that the first 10 or so just melt away, but then the remaining is a slog (as your body gets used to the healthy food)
