Then he died, and the conservatives outraged about Nelson Mandela's obituaries treating him "like a saint", turned around and spoke of Sharon in saintly terms.

For those who don’t remember, Ariel Sharon was taking steps to divide Jerusalem in 2005 when he suffered his debilitating stroke.
He turned me off to the two-state solution just based on what he did to Gush Katif.
At least Sharon was a good guy at one point. Mandela was a commie gangster for his entire adult life.
Okay, valid point, but I still see hypocrisy the way our side ignored his treasonous legacy when he died.
