Ja wohl, Herr Martell!
The video just shows how ubiquitous The Donald has been this past year. He’s been in everybody’s head in one way or another.
True. But this video just shows how the Left is trying to spin the Donald's ubiquity.
Really, it's just this Mike Diva non-entity showing how racist he his wrt to the Japanese. That is how this video should be spun.
Of course it is an anti-Trump ad; and there will be tens of thousands more in the coming months. We will hear hysterics about how it will be the most evil thing possible to elect Trump, and that somehow, Bill Clinton will ride into the White House for his third term with his wife Hillary and save us all, even if we don’t happen to agree.
In the mean time, we must pass the ‘No Fly, No Buy’ “anti-terrorism” bill so that when Slick Willy once again is in the White House, he can put down all those who didn’t vote for him as worrisome potential terrorists to maybe someday investigate.
Seriously, the day the DNC submits their candidate to secretaries of state across the country is the day that 22nd Amendment lawsuits should be filed, baring the placing of Bill Clinton through his proxy wife on the ballot.
“Really, it’s just this Mike Diva non-entity showing how racist he his wrt to the Japanese.”
Bingo!!!!
Wow, that’s from 1990. Never heard of it but looks like he did a version with lyrics too. I don’t really understand the fried chicken drumsticks on the album cover, but there you go.
‘Godwins’ rule.
They have already lost.
Is this really pro-trump? He kind of destroys the entire planet earth at the end
cynwoody: "...this video just shows how the Left is trying to spin the Donald's ubiquity."
But it's very odd.
Most of the video is just as lee martell says: "entertaining confection".
I had to look three times to find that half-second of swastikas & Nazi salute (at 45 seconds in).
I totally missed it, even when I went back to find it.
So what is that? Dog whistle?
Why hide your lead?
Odd...
From Tawiskaro:
>>Of course it is an anti-Trump ad; and there will be tens of thousands more in the coming months. We will hear hysterics about how it will be the most evil thing possible to elect Trump
On the flip side, there are so many ads for Trump just in the day to day news, like this one:
Homeless man charged in fire deaths was in US illegally
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3441570/posts
It makes people discount those who make the anti-Trump ads.
Beyond the news items like the above, there are the innumerable unintended endorsements, wherein some known idiot or near criminal spouts off about how Trump is a Fascist or some such. For example, Whoopi Goldberg, but there have been scores of similar unintended endorsements.
Are the authors trying to re-create the “daisy-picking” ad used so effectively against Barry Goldwater in 1964? That only actually ran a couple of times, but it was devastating in creating the impression that Goldwater was very bad.
I was warned in 1964 that a vote for Goldwater would lead to a much wider war, inflation, oppressive laws and regulation being passed, and widespread chaos, but I voted for Barry anyway.
They were right in every respect about getting more war, inflation, oppressive laws and regulation, and chaos.
After watching it several times, and having a habit of watching Japanese ads, I can say it’s more of a caricature of the general views of people when it comes to him.
Kind of a parody of a parody.
These are Japanese people, you have to remember. They aren’t THAT into our politics just like we aren’t into theirs. They also have a strange culture of American celebrity worship, so what you see here is at most a “fascination” with Trump and a general idea by the creators of what they understand about him based on American media.
I thought it was stupid whether against or for Trump. I agree that it wasn’t pro-Trump, but the stupidness of it made it a very weak anti-Trump advertisement if that’s what it was intended to be.
I doubt it would affect the voting of even a 3 year old.
Pretty cool for “ anti” Trump.
Prince’s drummer in those days was often Sheila E.,who loved to ‘party’ after work.
Maybe the Drummer was ‘fried’, aka under the influence,
and this was Prince’s joking way of recalling the event.
