As it turned out, there wouldn’t have been a dime’s worth of difference between Bubbles and the Orange Menace.

That's demonstrably very false. Rubio has a very good overall voting record and Crist is now a democrat. Rubio will never be a democrat, it would be ridiculous for someone as conservative as him to switch parties, it's a silly notion.

And even if were true, which it's not, it would not justify Beuff's actions in supporting an indie who was sure to sit with democrats over the Republican nominee, you'd have bashed him at the time for it if you had known who the hell he was.

And six years is a long time to eat a mistake. Given the failure to "turn out" hardly any incumbents I would have zero confidence in Bueff getting "turned out" if he won and disappointed you. That's empty bragging that has not been backed up by recent election results, Rubio is not likely to lose because FR doesn't like him, why would Beuff? 6 years is also a long time to have Patrick Murphy in that seat voting 100% liberal.

The risk/reward ratio for Beuff is nonexistent in my estimation.

If Roofio has such a “very good” voting record, why do I oppose him ?
