Not short cited in the least. Unless I am completely mistaken she’s pretty much stayed at Stanford, out of the political limelight, his T making disparaging remarks one way or another and thus far has conducted herself with class. I’ll be the first to admit I admire her. Don’t agree with everything she has done but then again didn’t with Reagan on 100% either.

This isn’t directed at you with the next comment but just in general. Because a spokescreep makes a statement on behalf of someone I shakes my head wondering where all the vileness comes from that is directed at her. If she is happy staying in academia let bygones be bygones and let the woman lead a happy and fulfilling life. She made her peace and is on her own path. I’d love for my girls to reach the achievements she has.

It's not so much that I have a problem with Condi, it's just all this stupid talk of her for this or that elected office. She was good at the position appointed for, but I do not see her in a position of elected office, and never have.

I actually meant to say short-sighted, not short-sided, and by that I mean she doesn't see in that direction. She is better suited for things she can maintain more control of, and being a heartbeat away from the Presidency is not where I would want her. She could and would do a better job than Obama, but then so would my grandson, or even one of my 5 dogs. I love all of them, but not really want them leading the nation, or even be a heartbeat away form that task.
