This scumbag in the blue shirt made a real bad decision which involved mugging an off-duty-cop. While the cop empties the content of his pockets, he then backs off quickly.
The guy picks up the items, then turns around only to be greeted with full on lead! The officer pulls his concealed carry and shoots the guy close range. The guy goes down and the cop proceeds to clear the area, naturally very cautious of any fellow scumbag sidekicks who are lingering in the background.
Mugger wants valuables, gets shot instead
Cop is in real trouble if the guy wasn’t coming at him with a weapon.
Where did this occur by the way? Sloppy reporting, didn't even tell us where this was. Looks like a foreign country, maybe Central America?
Also, the people just laconically standing around while this guy gets mugged, that's so weird.

If you watch the video, he puts a gun to the cop’s side and demands money. As he’s picking up the items the cop dropped, the gun is still in plain view and pointed haphazardly. The cop was 100% in the right, IMO.
Yup, I didn’t see the video and went off half cocked this morning.

Very curious - this perp comes up on cop with gun in hand - in an open crowded area? - and yet NO ONE in the crowd gets concerned or reacts - until AFTER the cop fires?
I wonder if this isn’t a training video - staged?
