Hoping that I am not being an unnecessary bother with this but here is my short list of what does not add up in Orlando:
1) The shooter was investigated by the FBI in 2013 for alleged terrorist sympathies, but this was dropped
2) The shooter was recently reported to the FBI (again) by a gun shop where he asked for body armour, then a bulk order of ammunition (which they refused to sell to him). FBI still did not act, it seems.
3) Possibility of another shooter(s)? http://www.therebel.media/second_shooter_at_orlando_terror_attack
Have there been efforts to line up these inconsistencies and possibly others?
I heard a rumor that the father was a frequent guest a the White Hut. I wish or illustrious MSM would investigate that.
4) His father meet with White House officials not long ago.
5) Every reference to his faith (which he called 911 during the attack to emphasize the relevance of) is being downplayed. Christian &/| Confederate references in other incidents are made front and center though.
Now do the actions and results make sense?
FBI kabuki theater. FAIL. FAIL. FAIL. DISMANTLE all the protective agencies. Close the borders. Real Americans with guns can take care of any problems.
When seconds count...
The guy is getting no funding from any outside-of-the-US group....that’s issue number one lacking for the FBI. It doesn’t appear that he’s in contact with radicals outside of the US (he is talking to radicals who are based in the US). He’s not buying tons of fertilizer (like some former US Army members we know). Maybe they spent some time on his phone-call list or internet chat selections and saw nothing much.
On a scale of one to ten for reasons to really get interested in him...I’d say at best that you have a “4”.
There are even more questions:
1) Was there a second accomplice who locked an exit door?
2) How did the shooter wound and kill 102 people when there was an armed off duty police officer at the club, who had immediate backup by two on-duty uniformed officers?
3) The three officers exchanged gunfire with the shooter, yet none were injured. How many victims, if any, were hit by police fire?
4) Why did the Orlando police wait three hours before entering the club, and how many of the dead could have been saved had they received medical attention sooner?
5) Why isn’t the wife in custody as an accessory before the fact?
On number 2 the shop owner was just on Fox News this morning. He was reported to the FBI by the gun shop because he was asking for a specific type body armor and for bulk ammo but they didn’t have his name to provide and they had no security footage to provide which the latter is probably the fault of the FBI and the shop owner. Shop owner should have saved the footage for that day and when reported to the FBI they should have said pull the footage but by the time that question had been asked the footage had been written over.
Government incompetence seems like the simplest answer.
I’m not so quick to blame the FBI. They are swamped trying to keep up with the increasing number of Islamic radicals here. I heard that it takes several dozen agents to track just one person suspected of possibly having been radicalized. There are only so many hours in a day.
Then also there is the issue of profiling. Obama has directed law enforcement to be hands off dealing with Muslims.
My thinking: Terrorism is being promoted in this country by this administration because every time something happens, the people get closer to agreeing to a ban on the right to self-defense. It is a Fast and Furious scheme on a grand scale. Loss of innocent life would be perfectly acceptable to those reptiles.
Fox and Friends was making the point that it was political correctness at the highest levels at the FBI that allowed this to happen. No Muslim profiling basically. Obama’s fault.
I there a decent reference or proof of that? If Obama did the father a favor and got his son of the FBI intel surveillance list then Obama is complicit.
Show the video of the so called survivors, being interviewed to any combat veteran and ask them about it.
I think what you will get for an answer is, that is not the way a gun shot guy acts.
My understanding on 2 is that the shop owner didn’t give his name to the FBI.
Bingo!
Good point. If the fbi is on the side of the terrorist all o the questions make sense as statements.
Really though, the Justice Department has so much on it’s plate— Investigating the Little Sisters of the Poor for not paying for their employees abortions. Now that is a real threat to all of us!!(sarc not required)
That's right! Before the FBI can investigate a Muslim, The Muslim Brotherhood (you know, the organization designated by such countries as Egypt to be a terrorist organization), must tell the FBI that it is OK to investigate that person. So, as long as the Muslim Brotherhood doesn't wish to have someone such as Mateen be investigated, the FBI can't investigate him.
Also, the gun shop owner that contacted the FBI stated that the shooter, after first asking for body armor and being told they did not sell body armor, then made a phone call to someone in a foreign language.
If Pashtun, then likely the Father. If Arabic, then either the wife, or some other accomplice.
Should be easy enough to match up calls he placed the day he was reported to the FBI by the gun shop owner.
