We’ll be ordering the halibut with fingerling potatoes, a nice white wine and, btw, we own 14 assault rifles so will that hold up our appetizer?
That’s as ridiculous as another posted article that gun sales to gays is rising. What else am I supposed to declare before I can buy something? Next no Baptists will be allowed to buy milk and eggs at the grocery store or Jewish people can’t buy shoes or Mormons can’t drive cars.

...so now all the muslims out there know that you are a 'target rich environment'.
Smart. Real smart.

From a 2013 New York Times review of her restaurant: A three-course dinner for two, without drinks or tip, is about $150.Well, la te freakin' da. Only fools and their money dine there. Bet her portions are teeny tiny. That's my entire month's food budget.

I am in no way, shape or form trying to lump a group of people and tell them I will not serve them, Verrill said. Uh, what? That's exactly what she IS doing. Now, why would she make such a blatantly ridiculous statement? Oh. Yeah, the wedding cake thing. Funny how quickly that came back to bite them in the ass.
To: chesley
Actually, I said she was today’s stupidest person. Tomorrow it will be back to Mika Brezinski.

I wonder how many owners of ‘assault’ weapons have actually ever eaten there...

So, Ms. Verrill, if I have a with a gun with a pretty looking polished wooden stock, and without one of those scary looking clips that drop down, could I eat at your restaurant?
To: simpson96
Show up, get denied entrance then sue them under existing “wedding cake” discrimination law

Ha! Ha! All you SIG MCX owners just got burned.
Fortunately, I just own ARs, so I’m still welcome there.

Post signs outside her property line with a big arrow pointing in and saying “CAUTION: This establishment and the white woman owning it are undefended and will not be aided by non-EMS personnel in an emergency.”
Watch just how fast she changes her little mind on guns.

Why is THIS not just like the gay wedding cake situation!Silly, pervert wedding cakes are protected under the BOATI emanating penumbra of the Constitution. Guns, on the other hand, are nowhere mentioned.

She can serve or not serve whoever she wants. It's her business.
She is really dumb, though. I guess the bad old gun takes over people's brains and turns them into homicidal maniacs. Yep, that's it. /s

“If a rifle owner who was legally exercising his 2nd amendment rights sought to use this restaurant to cater an event of like minded people and was denied service, might this owner find herself in the same legal difficulty that snared the Christian bakers?”
No. Patriotic Americans are not a protected class under federal government law.
