Don’t most gays think guns are “icky?” I don't know any gays, or any that would admit it, but there seem to be a decent amount of military and ex military that were in that club that night. I'm thinking at least one of them wished they were armed.

So you do not like a certain group of people because of their sexuality, so you don't wish them as law-abiding Americans to have access to firearms?
Seriously? We should welcome any law-abiding American who comes around on defending the Second Amendment.
