The anti-gun politimedia wasted no time at all demonizing the most common rifle in the United States as being the real villain of the Islamic terrorist attack on Pulse nightclub in Orlando.
Newsweek screamed, ORLANDO SHOOTING PUTS SPOTLIGHT ON AR-15 RIFLE.
Judd Legume of Think Progress squeaked, The NRAs Love Affair With The AR-15, Weapon Of Choice For Mass Murderers, In 22 Tweets.
Always wrong Christopher Ingraham of the Washington Post whined, The gun used in the Orlando shooting is becoming mass shooters weapon of choice.
Heres the thing.
The rifle used by the Islamist terrorist in Orlando was not an AR-15.

Didn’t she stop the Mosque investigation where he went to services at, at about that same time...there was an article on it here earlier...

Meaning it's profile is very "AR-15 like", unlike a Mini-14 or a Glock.
It's not like it was a 30.30 Winchester. I think you get the point.
I thought to the media, an AR-15 WAS a machine gun................
“Libtards war on AR15 means everything is either an AR15 or a machine gun.”
And that AR15 and machine gun are one and the same.
They removed a crapload of terrorists from the watchlists then.
Double action revolvers, they did not have to cock the hammers to fire them, merely pull the trigger. Pull it six times and the revolver would fire six shots. An AR-15...pull the trigger 30 times, it will fire 30 shots......assault weapon, pull the trigger once and it will fire every cartridge in the magazine.
or rather, ... They removed a crapload of potential terrorists from the watchlists then. ... not for reasonable things like misidentification but simply because they are muslim and didn’t meet whatever quota limitation this admin considers ‘fair.’
It may look the same. Scary black rifle.
But, it is not the same concept as an AR.
The lefties know what an AR-15 is. SIG would baffle them.
NO. That would be a Glock.
A Winchester 73, now that would be an AR15.
maybe.
Good question.
But the questions always out weigh the answers at the beginning. Then the answers slowly come out. In most cases.
I suspect this is one that will have many many unanswered questions, long after the Just-us Dept has stamped the file CLOSED.
My point exactly
But, it is not the same concept as an AR.
Gun grabbers don't know or care. It looks like an "assault rifle".
:)
But it comes in lavender velvet.
Hillary also implied the shooter was on the ‘terror watch list’ so he shouldn’t have been able to purchase weapons. Well, he was REMOVED from the watch list in 2014, Hillary.
I’m sure the media won’t investigate WHY he was removed from the watch list. I’m sure a handful of terrorism-enabling policies from the White Hut didn’t help.
Best comment I have seen from the peanut gallery in a long time -
Paraphrased.....
“The same people who are upset that a man under FBI investigation can buy a gun are the same people ready to vote for a candidate for President who....... is under FBI investigation.””
Whoever wrote that wins the internet today!
Glocks dont have clips...

Tell Obunghole that, it’s a direct quote from him.
iS THIS FOR REAL? This moron said that?

It was in an article posted on F.R. today.
“A Glock that held several clips”. (B.H.O.)
Detective........Question???
How did killer Omar Mateen get his Sig Sauer assault riffle into the night club.
People saw him before going into the club, no gun was mentioned
Witnesses say Omar was drinking alone for approximately an hour before the shootings occurred, again no gun was mentioned.
Would like to know the answer to the assault riffle question.>>> now that you bring this up there was a report of someone blocking an exit door. maybe smuggled in via an obscure exit.
That’s what I thought, too.
IIRC, “AR15,” and “AR-15” are registered to Colt. If it’s not a Colt, it’s technically not an AR-15.
And whatever that one is, it’s a semi-auto 5.56/.223 that takes M-16 magazines. Close enough, whether or not the internals are compatible.
I don’t get too worked up unless they’re calling a lever-action an “assault rifle.”
