You would still have to believe that the U.S. Navy is so unbelievably stupid that they would shoot missiles and send drones into one of the most heavily traveled air corridors in the world. So just for the record, is that what you are saying?
They run boats into rocks from time to time.
I am saying that all the elements were there for that to be a huge possibility.
1. There was a multi-nation naval exercise going on, involving missiles being shot at drones.
2. TWA800 was at a lower FL than normal.
3. TWA800 was 'near' the exercises.
4. Sometimes 'tests' (missile firing, drones flying) don't always go as expected.
