It is a gotcha video. Also I’ve actually been a “man on the street” and know how derailed you get. I’d ditched out of work to go to Barnes and Noble next thing I know there’s camera with a bright light pointed at me and a guy wearing makeup sticking a mic in my face asking me what I think they should name the new Jr High. Brain goes completely flat, for the next 10 seconds I probably couldn’t even have told you my own name much less the name of any local famous person. Eventually I stumble through a vague suggestion (because I still couldn’t think of any names), then I get in and 10 minutes wandering around trying to remember what book I wanted to get. The derailed human brain doesn’t do well, and camera crews walking up to you when you’re thinking about something derail the heck out of you.
The dumbest people in the world are the ones who must declare others dumb to feel good.
