In CA CCW permits are “May Issue” and OC is prohibited in most of the state. Californians either can’t or nearly can’t exercise their 2A rights.

Decision was 7-4, not unanimous which is good. If we prevent Hillary from winning the White House we may have a good chance to replace a couple of those justices with ones who believe in the constitution.

Sure they have, but the landscape has been changed: a 4-4 tie at SCOTUS would now effectively amend the Constitution by fiat, allowing their ruling to stand and impose California law nationwide.

That's exactly why this decision has come down now - at this particular time.
