Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is overseeing a fraud case against Trump University, is reportedly a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, which is affiliated with the Hispanic National Bar Association.

If this is not a case of judicial misconduct - an illegal reprisal against the defendant - then nothing is misconduct.
The judge resealed the information afterwards, saying it was a "mistake" of some sort. This case is so tainted, somebody's judicial head should be rolling, as in disbarment and loss of position. But the thug culture of Obama has largely destroyed the rule of law in favor of the rule of men.

But this is really brilliant. Trump makes a statement that appears racist on its face. Libtards and RINOs make lots of angry chimp noises. Then he adds a bit of substance to why this particular judge is no good, and then a bit more, and a bit more...

They look upon Cesar as their ‘dumb Mexican’ leader; he’s become their saint. But he doesn’t want any part of it. He said to me just the other day, ‘Can’t they understand that that’s just the way Hitler started?’ A few months ago the Ford Foundation funded a la raza group and Cesar really told them off. The foundation liked the outfit’s sense of pride or something, and Cesar tried to explain to them what the origin of the word was, that it’s related to Hitler’s concept.”[15]

The La Raza Lawyers Group denies any affiliation with La Raza. Listed on their web site, though, is MECHA, which is actually more into the whole Aztlan thing than La Raza.

WHAT! Were Trump Hatin’ Judge’s Father & Mother Illegal Aliens?When I first started reading it, it was in Breaking News, then it was downgraded.

GotNews.com can find no evidence that Curiel’s parents ever became U.S. citizens. For all we know, Judge Curiel is an anchor baby.
