More than 92,000 Coloradans will lose their Obamacare health care coverage in 2017 as four leading insurance companies scale back or eliminate their plans while others propose rate hikes of as much as 40 percent.
Insurance holders with individual plans through Anthem, UnitedHealthCare, Humana and Rocky Mountain Health Plans will need to find new coverage for the 2017 coverage year, according to a Monday statement from the Colorado Division of Insurance.
...
the news came as a devastating blow to the states already-shaky insurance market. Colorado is one of 14 states that opted to launch its own Obamacare exchange instead of depending on the federal version after the passage of the Affordable Care Act.
Sen. Cory Gardner, Colorado Republican, said in a Monday statement that its time for the resident to admit Obamacare is a disaster for the American people.
When the resident rammed his partisan health care law through Congress, he repeatedly promised the American people if you like your plan, you can keep it, Mr. Gardner said. resident Obama and those that supported this partisan law are now silent as 92,000 Coloradans must find a new insurance plan.

Madness.
Can’t be true. The Government said everyone is better off regarding everything.
Awwwwwwwwwww.
Bush’s Fault?
Hillary is hoping she’s the one who will usher in “government healthcare” for all.
“More than 92,000 Coloradans will lose their Obamacare health care coverage in 2017 as four leading insurance companies scale back or eliminate their plans while others propose rate hikes of as much as 40 percent.”
Vote for Hilarity. Yeah. she will fix it.
Not madness; part of the plan. Implement something that is destined to fail, then step in with a single-payer system.
Working out as planned.
Only answer? Single payer (government) insurance.
Just as the architects of Obamacare envisioned.
Gosh, who could have predicted this???
The whole scam is intentionally set up to be death by a thousand paper cuts so the government can come swooping in like a knight, with single payer.
Rather than have the spine to go to single payer, they do this slow death thing. People suffer (For 2, I paid $27,000 last year for premiums, co-pays, not insured dental etc)
Those were some of the “cheapest” plans available. With a 60% increase on the more expensive plans left in the market my $2000/month bronze plan will now cost close to $4000/month. Thankfully I found an alternative solution.
But when are they going to lose their EBT cards?
If they vote for Hillary, the deserve the consequences.
Many of these will probably not be able to purchase anything else (unavailable to them, or can’t afford it) Then they get to pay fines. So we are reaching the ultimate goal which was to fine the poor for being uninsured.
The people of Colorado, or enough of the stupid, leftist ones voted for Obama and Obamacare so let them suffer for a while.
Pain makes you wake up to your stupidity esp. if you caused it in the first place.
November is coming, Colorado. Get with it or get stuffed.
HAHAH used to live there, do not hey lean LEFT, Hickenlooper
Before the 2008 election, the ski resorts and dude ranch counties were brimming with Obama campaign signs.
People out that way will be too stoned to notice. (The same could be said of Americans generally these days.)
I’d love to see how much Obamacare is going to cost the ski resorts and dude ranches since both are high-risk activities.
Obama doesn’t give a crap about them now. Hillary doesn’t ski. She only skates around the truth.
Sanders thinks a “dude ranch” is something Sean Penn said in one of his first movies, DUDE!
Maybe some economic pain will wake up the braindead liberals. If not, let them suffer. I don’t ski anyway and haven’t been on a horse since Taiwan in 1971, where the young college students I was with (American and Chinese) collectively said, “Hey, that old dude can ride”.
The only thing I ride now are bumpercars at an amusement park with my granddaughter. Much more fun. Preparing her for DC traffic (aka “the demolition derby”).
little creativity there, George?
