Rep. Tom Cole (R-Okla.) on Friday said Donald Trumps temporary ban on Muslim travel into the U.S. would not survive Constitutional scrutiny.
If I had to pick a particular position that would concern me the most, it would be the ban on Muslims, Cole, a lawmaker close to GOP leadership, said Friday on MSNBC. "I think its clearly, you know, unconstitutional, its ill-advised, it would really hurt the U.S.
We need a lot of Muslim friends to deal with what were dealing with overseas, and we have some great Muslim friends. And we ought to recognize that and be sensitive.

Of course it is not unconstitutional to keep out and deport foreigners who pose an enormous security risk to us. These people are determined to invade this country and destroy us.
And yet we are told that NASAs mission is to make Muslims feel good about themselves. A long-standing immigration law requires consideration of religion when reviewing an application for a permit to immigrate into the US - but suddenly it is as unconstitutional to do that as it is to ban abortion.
- Amendment 1:
- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
DEFEAT DHIMMI TOM COLE !
Citizens are protected by the Constitution. Prospective immigrants are not.
McConnell will fight a President Trump much, MUCH harder than he ever has against Bath House. You heard it here first.
The GOPe is in the pockets of the globalists.
So I take it then that Cole is taking or has taken Saudi money secretly for his re-election campaigns. He’s apparently happy to screw over his constituents.
Perhaps OK ought to find a substitute for Cole!
Tom Cole (R-Collaborator)
This congress weasel is an idiot.
It is amazing to me that these idiots think the constitution applies to people who are not even in the country.
