She’s probably using the old “Don’t make the terrorists mad” rationale. Democrats don’t say this out loud, but their solution to terrorism is to be nice to the terrorists, then maybe they’ll like us more.

It will be curious what Hillary does, after the loss in November. Where does she retreat to? The Clinton Foundation will be out of money by that point and no idiot is going to pay $400,000 for some stupid speech by her.

I think that's a bit of a stretch. It is more likely HRC meant that it is possible for a president to make Americans less safe, but Donald Trump is able to make Americans less safe even though he isn't president. (I'm not endorsing HRC's statement, just interpreting it.)
SSS Two has outsized influence over American monetary policy, and he isn't even a Federal Reserve Governor.
I don't think that statement implies that SSS Two will soon be a Fed Governor.
