Obviously Arpaio’s obozo’s eligibility investigation proving obozo is NOT eligible to be POTUS has consequences. What Arpaio and his team members are being accused of is committed by US DOJ lawyers all the time. Are they being prosecuted and threatened with criminal conviction?

If most of the crime in an area is committed by one demographic group and the statistics support that, at what point does “good police work” degrade into “profiling”? It seems to me that’s a pretty slippery slope that attorneys could bandy about for some time.

It is even deeper than that. The ACLU has been seeking to undermine traditional American culture for almost a century!

Bull$#!t. Political intrigue not a crime on Arpaio’s part. Arrest the arresters.

That was the only thing we got Clinton on. If not for Perjury, Clinton wouldn’t have even gotten an impeachment.

Judge Snows wife Cheri made comments to longtime acquaintances Karen Grissom, her husband and son, to the effect that the judge was intent on destroying Sheriff Arpaio. The sheriff hired an investigator to look into the claims, and Sheriff Arpaio says they were substantiated

"...what made Judge Snow abandon his principles and oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the state of Arizona and the nation?" Snow is a Uniparty thug.
We've seen what Uniparty thugs like Mitt Romney do when the Uniparty's power is threatened.

So if the county is like 85% Hispanic then how could it be discrimination? (not sure what the ethnic makeup of his country is but just asking).

Neither Judge Snow nor wife Cheri Snow have denied that she made the comments. Snow refused to recuse himself.

Time for the good sheriff to call up the militia...deputize a good size posse for when they come to arrest him. The only other alternative is to submit to the nonsense.

Scandal? Yes, Arpaio has been “investigated” for civil rights violations numerous times and was certain that the Justice Dept. and others were colluding to remove him from office. He attempted to prove it, but apparently lied to the judge about it. What’s ironic about this is that he’s right, as evidenced by Judge Snow, the US Attorney and the ACLU.
It frustrated the hell out of Eric Holder that Arpaio, a very conservative Republican, was elected as the Sheriff of Maricopa County, a predominantly Democratic area.

Ludicrous charges. Even if Arpaio or his deputies flat out admitted they were profiling “hispanics”, “hispanic” is not a race, so that would not be “racial profiling”.
To: econjack
Even if they were "profiling", that in itself is not prohibited. Only "racial profiling" has been prohibited by the feds. Profiling against hispanics is NOT racial profiling:
"The U.S. Census Bureau defines the ethnonym Hispanic or Latino to refer to "a person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin regardless of race"
