More and more are recognizing Hillary is unelectable thus the need to calm the sheep. This is apparently the latest stop gap measure.

How could she possibly be trusted to be president?!

She blatantly disregarded national security — regular people go to jail for that.

"And Clinton has repeatedly said it was a "mistake," campaign chairman John Podesta wrote"

Anyone ever notice Hillary has a hard time making new friends and trusted allies unless there are large sums of money, favors, or naughty girl lady lumps, being exchanged?

Clinton's flying monkeys read off more like a bunch of stale old chimps who's predictable non answer statement declarations we've heard a thousand times.

One of the things killing this country is the lack of equal protection. The law doesn’t apply equally anymore.

When Hillary Clinton does this, it’s a “mistake”, yet when a junior officer makes a lesser “mistake”, he goes to prison for a long time.

Until the law treats all people equally, this country will continue to decline.

LOL. Most felons wait until sentencing to start blubbering about how they made mistakes and wish they could take them back.

"While we understand the questions about Secretary Clinton’s email practices, we are confident that voters will look at the full picture of everything she has done throughout her career," Podesta continued.

Better pray they don't, but I think it's too late for that...

No democrat can win this cycle, not with Trump on the ballot... Odds were against any Democrat period, but a weak or unlikeable R candidate would have given them at least a chance to win.....

Trump as the nominee, no shot for any Dem.... Just like in 08 no republican had any prayer to win, because Bush years just angered too many people in different ways.

Obama wouldn’t win a third term as much as he likes to claim he could.

Hillary was always a bad candidate, but after 8 years of Beta Male Barry, and nearly 30 years of Neocons and COmmies selling out America.... Alpha Male, Patriotic Donald is going to win and win big, no democrat, Hillary or otherwise has any shot at beating him.

It wasn’t a “mistake”, it was intentional. Clinton’s only “mistake” was thinking she wouldn’t get caught.

And, it resulted in a violation of the law, by exposing classified information. The violation was compounded by not reporting the breach.

I've always thought a 'mistake' was a comment or action done somewhat quickly and without much thought..

HILLARY'S PRIVATE SERVER TOOK DAYS OR WEEKS TO IMPLEMENT AND THEN INVOLVED YEARS OF USE. How many YEARS can a 'mistake' last before it becomes something MORE THAN A MERE 'MISTAKE'?

Killing someone is also a mistake but an apology won’t make it right! Betraying one’s country is not a mistake but a deliberate act of greed and should be punishable by death.

Hillary Clinton is the “insiders-insider.” She was not ignorant of the law - she knew very well the law, its penalties, and the PR nightmare a scandal would be.

YET - she chose to maintain this private server anyway. Certainly, her arrogance made her believe she could avoid any controversy - but nonetheless, she understood the risk.

SO WHAT EXACTLY was so important to hide on her own, deletable servers to take such risks? I’ve never seen anything more than speculation.

A “mistake” would be to use some private email *account* (like gmail) to email somebody where there was content that *could*, arguably, be deemed classified.

Hosting your OWN SERVER is a blatant and deliberate act, there is no MISTAKE.

FACT: She had classified, secret and above top secret information on an insecure server she specifically hosted, setup by somebody that didn’t have security clearance.

FACT: The State Dept. didn’t have copies of ALL applicable emails when she left office.

FACT: She was required to turn over ALL emails and didn’t, a complete end-around FOIA requests.

FACT: Nobody else has been guilty of all of the above, yet, many have been convicted of much less.

FACT: She put lives in danger.

FACT: She deleted emails she shouldn’t have. Deleting 30,000 emails, when we know there were “above top secret” emails on the server, means she could have been deleting emails she shouldn’t. That’s a lot of emails.

LIKELY: The Clinton’s are guilty of racketeering and money laundering through the Clinton Foundation.

LIKELY: The email server was hacked by many. You don’t extradite a Romanian hacker (Guccifer) out of jail to discuss her server and what he was able to do if it wasn’t a strong possibility.

LIKELY: People died as a result. Where are the Benghazi emails from Hillary? Don’t tell me there are none anywhere.

This whole thing stinks. If she becomes President it is a clear sign our country is broken.

"Hillary Clinton's use of a private email address and a personal server was a "mistake," her campaign's top official wrote in a letter to the Democratic front-runner's top supporters over the weekend. And Clinton has repeatedly said it was a "mistake," campaign chairman John Podesta wrote

Doesn't matter how many times a criminal admits that breaking the law was a mistake - they still need to be prosecuted as apologizing doesn't make the crime go away.
