Killing Harambe the Gorilla to Save a 'White Boy' Was 'Racist' Move According to Outcry

On Saturday a four-year old boy fell into a gorilla enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo.

Sadly the gorilla, named Harambe, was shot and killed by zoo officials to save the life of the child, sparking outrage on social media.

The most ludicrous of the objections came from those who actually believed the gorilla was killed because of racism.

Conservative author and commentator Mark Dice uncovered some of the most outrageous tweets, including a slew that referred to the child as a “white boy” and one that called the killing an act of “white privilege.”

As Dice pointed out in his video the race of the child was still unknown.

And if the gorilla had harmed or killed the child, the same bleeding hearts would be criticizing the decision to do nothing “because the gorilla appeared to be protecting the child.”

I fault the parents for not controlling their kid. I also fault the zoo for having exhibits that kids can fall into.

They need to design the exhibits so the exhibit animals can’t escape and the visiting animals can’t fall in. ;-)
