On Wednesday, 43 Republican members of Congress joined the Democrats to vote for President Barack Obamas transgender agenda. Now theyre trying to spin their vote.
These 43 Republicans voted for the Maloney amendment, which ratified Obamas 2014 executive order barring private businesses who do contract work for the government from engaging in what the government considers to be discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity in their private employment policies.
As I pointed out in an earlier Daily Signal article, discrimination on the basis of gender identity can be something as simple as having a bathroom policy based on biological sex, not gender identity.

They are clowns who have voted for 47 [and rising]
different genders in 215 different languages
who must all be defended, at taxpayer expense,
by a bevy of lawyers, and who also get to the front
of every line (except fake Indians).
Not one of these people should be reelected.
They’re transRepublicans. If a Democrat self-identifies as a Republican but hasn’t made any actual change to their beliefs, who are we to judge?
Vichy Republicans bump for later....

Valadayo is my politicriter.even voted for him last time around. No more!
TrannnyGOPeers. I like it....
I see the liberal midget Charlie Dent of Allentown, PA voted for this.
He keeps running unopposed in his reelections. The Rats don’t even bother putting up a candidate against him. The Lehigh Valley is mostly a conservative area, especially in the suburbs of Allentown/Bethlehem.
I wish Pat Brown would run against Dent. I think he would win.
None are mine, thankfully. But as I read through the list, only a few are nationally recognizable and stand out: Darrell Issa, for example. Well, regardless, hopefully all get primaried this year.
McSally was one of them.
Cantorize all of them.
Will Hurd, Texas
23rd Congressional District...
I believe “Congressional Campaign” money put him in...
and he has voted establishment ever since.
We are one of the rare “competitive” districts that switch between Republicrap and Demicrap...
If the people in Congress can’t distinguish yea from nay, I suggest they find new employment as paint drying watchers. They must be the dumbest people on the planet.
Or they think that we are for believing that BS.
Issa, eh? No wonder that farce of an investigation went nowhere.............Some FReepers used to defend him, I always thought he was a RINO for years.
The vote wasn't about religious liberty, it was about codifying mental illness. Either this guy thinks his constituents are extremely stupid, or he is.
I have never heard of Congress ratifying an executive order. Ratifying an executive order is not in the Constitution. In fact, the Constitution is silent about executives orders.
Ratifying an executive order is total smoke-and-mirrors imo, just like the modern nominating process for president is.
How ironic that, while RINO lawmakers are evidently scared of making Obama look bad because they might lose the support of voters, fed-up patriots are getting ready to send Trump to the WH and hopefully elect a new Congress.
So much evil in America today.
How did Paul Ryan vote?
My thought exactly. An executive order can only be undone by a vote of congress or by the next president.
Sorry. Gob smacked and pulled the inquiry trigger too soon.
