Hi Amy and All FR FRiends,
I had a lovely overnight with daughter and Granddaughter. I cooked, they ate, we swam in my pool until almost midnight laughing and eating!
Today was slower and time to think about Dad, buried at Arlington Cemetery. We looked at pictures and things that reminded us of him. Being girls, we also did a bit of shopping!
All have headed for home now and I am going to do my own thoughtful reflection on all the families who have recently lost loved ones, our military and maybe even think of some new service project to honor them.
I’m so happy you had such an enjoyable family day.
