Racketeering?
‘Hillary excuses:
We didn’t do anything wrong.
There’s no evidence we did anything wrong.
We didn’t know we did anything wrong.
You can’t prove we did anything wrong.
No one does this.
Everybody does this.
There’s no controlling legal authority.
It’s another hit piece.
It’s a vast right-wing conspiracy.

Yes...Hillary will be indicted...but not before she is nominated at the convention.
The Dems are scared to death of Bernie and want to be able to hand the nomination to Uncle Joe with Sanders out of the picture.

The pulled article was just a blog post.
It contained no new information, other than speculation and wishful thinking.
It may turn out to be close to the mark, but even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

RICO, the granddaddy of Federal conspiracy criminal laws, usually reserved for the Mafia and other organized corrupt interstate criminal enterprises. Bubba has got to be a co-conspirator. Send both of them and all their cohorts to the slammer for good. The use of her personal server (an overt act) was to conceal the racketeering as she wantonly released the contents containing highly classified national security secrets into the ether land. Only one word comes to mind - vile! The indictment should rival a book in size if done properly.

The liberal publication Huffington Post removed an article on its website Sunday claiming that the FBI plans to pursue an indictment against Hillary Clinton on Federal Racketeering charges
Not to worry; everything remains on the 'net forever.
Scroll down to find a couple of links to the HuffPost article. There is also a link on this page to another newspaper article with a similar story.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a United States Federal Law passed in 1970 that was designed to provide a tool for law enforcement agencies to fight organized crime. RICO allows prosecution and punishment for alleged racketeering activity that has been executed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise. Activity considered to be racketeering may include bribery, counterfeiting, money laundering, embezzlement, illegal gambling, kidnapping, murder, drug trafficking, slavery, and a host of other nefarious business practices.

“James Comey and The FBI will present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General of the Department of Justice, that includes a cogent argument that the Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.”
If Lynch doesn’t indict, then we are truly living in a banana republic.
