We don’t have many options for GOOD food around here. There are several chain restaurants but the quality is not nearly as good as it is in larger cities. It’s like they don’t care.
The restaurant I got the food from tonight is a mom-and-pop place and has been in business for over 40 years. I worked there years ago.
And the food’s good enough it’s a nice rut to be in. LOL!
I’m not a picky eater but I AM picky about where I’ll eat out. I check the health score and won’t eat anywhere with less than an “A”.
Grilled swiss cheese and a few chips...she is happy.
I’ll ask her if she wants some sherbet in a few....change of plans. She actually wants a soaking bath. I try every day, but usually she says no. So heater is on (she wants the bathroom WARM!) and I’m getting things ready.

That was fun! Hadn’t heard of that band before. Their style is similar to some of the bands I heard in Raleigh back during that time.

Must be something in the air today, or it’s the position of the stars. LOL! They’d just finished giving Aunt Clara a shower when I arrived this afternoon. The girls told me they have a hard time getting her to agree to one but she finally agreed today.
And now your mom wants a nice hot bath. Shoo, with that cool tub you got, one would think she’d want to enjoy it every day! Does she like the jets or just a hot soak?
Our 50 gallon water heater won’t fill it above the jets....have to wait about 15 minutes, then more hot water. That’s what I do so I can use the jets. I think she’s happy with just one round. Her feet and legs float...it’s a weird sensation, but she does like the soaking. I left her in there...about 15 minutes and I’ll go back.

Sounds like the flowers have a calming effect for her...which is good for both of you.
I know you are wracking your brain to find out the glitch, but right now, I’m good with the one we’re using. I tried the secondary one, but somehow it “forbids” me to open my folder on the website. Probably entering the address wrong, somehow. Grrr! LOL!
My brain isn’t up to dealing with it just now, but hope to figure out the key. :)
Dang the luck having to wait to get it full enough to reach the jets. But it sounds like she enjoys the soak during the wait.
Wish we had one of those tubs. The way the weather’s behaving here right now, the ol’ arthritis is fired up and those jets would work wonders about now.

The music’s good but he’s a bit different. LOL!
Yes...I just take her out on the deck and leave her to do her thing. I check on her every 15 minutes. I’ve blocked the stairs so she can’t get too close to them with her wheelchair...she never has figured out the back wheels as noted by the long scrapes on the walls near any doorway.
I hope to have a solution soon, but at least we have a backup for the time being.
