I looked at the website. There are several events beside the parade scheduled for the day.
Route is behind the POST OFFICE. but may be visible from the observation deck ( iirc in the tower) Don’t know what is to the side and back of PO but they will pass within a half block of it. If it is parking or a field bleachers could be set up!
