Well Trump will do what he can to improve the civic tone.

You know, I’ve given this a LOT of thought, and done a fair amount of studying, from II Chronicles to the stories of the men - sinful, in some cases, downright evil men - that God chose to lead His people, and I can’t help but ask, is Trump God’s answer at this point in our Country? >>>. there are some themes out there that Trump is a Cyrus or a Samson. both not known for their piety.
Thanks for pointing that out... and from other reports, also some inspirational preachers have had Trump as a frequent visitor too.
This fits with being spoken well of by governors, as referred to in Romans chapter 13 which is a broad brush treatment of the role of governments in God’s plan.
Christianity should chill out about governments not pushing the saving grace agenda. God never needed them to do that.
If Christianity is a salvation story that remains underway until the moment of arrival in eternity, it should be very little surprise that some saints-in-transformation aren’t all that wonderfully lovely people on the earth yet.
Donald pretty well flubs the plaster-saint test. But God never imposed that test for admission to the ministry of the cross.

Unless you are under arms or taking part in an indoor ceremony with outdoor protocol, you take your COVER off when entering a building.
Removing one's hat or cover or whatever, used to be proper etiquette when entering any building. That seems to have fallen by the wayside along with proper silverware placement and the addressing one's elders as Sir or Ma'am or Mr. or Mrs.................

Yes, I think he is. God uses flawed people, which is wonderful news for all of us who are saved by God’s grace and not by how well we do life, especially since we’ve had only one flawless leader in history: the Lord Jesus Christ.
Another encouragement is that most of the time, God prepares the answer to our prayers before we pray...He is never surprised by anything and He works all things together, the good and the bad, for the good of His children.
From 2011 when a retired firefighter shared what the Holy Spirit put in his heart concerning Donald Trump running for President Commander in Chief:
“The Spirit of God says, I have chosen this man, Donald Trump, for such a time as this. For as Benjamin Netanyahu is to Israel, so shall this man be to the United States of America! The Spirit of God says, in this next election they will spend billions to keep this president in; it will be like flushing their money down the toilet. Let them waste their money, for it comes from and it is being used by evil forces at work, but they will not succeed, for this next election will be a clean sweep for the man I have chosen. They will say things about this man (the enemy), but it will not affect him, and they shall say it rolls off of him like the duck, for as the feathers of a duck protect it, so shall my feathers protect this next president. Even mainstream news media will be captivated by this man and the abilities that I have gifted him with, and they will even begin to agree with him says the Spirit of God.”
Please pray that this comes to pass completely as all believers have a part in using prophetic promises as a weapon of our warfare just as Paul told Timothy to do (1 Timothy 1:18 4:14)
All, most prophetic promises are conditional except for promises written into our Bible. So don’t be part of the “let’s just wait and see if it happens” crowd to see if it is a real promise or not. When your heart recognizes the Holy Spirit in something, prayerfully join in thanking the Lord for making it happen before we see it with our physical eyes. This is part of tuning in our spiritual senses, the “eyes of our heart” in Ephesians 1.

Leadership is the little things...
I’d like him to pick Newt for VP... will take a lot off his plate. He doesn’t need a VP to help him get elected. He can get elected alone..
People may get upset about those attending the Trump rally who did not take off their hats at the singing of the National Anthem - or God forbid - saluted when they weren’t in uniform - but let’s keep things in perspective.
Would you want people showing respect for their country - however casual - or condone what happened in Albuquerque last night??
Keep your eye on the flag - OUR flag. There is too much at stake not to.

IMHO, every Trump rally should start with:
non-denominational prayer
Pledge of Allegiance
Star Spangled Banner
Those media slimeballs will try ANYTHING in an attempt to make Trump look bad. Had he gone along with it, and bagged the National Anthem, that would have dominated the news for the next 24 hours, at least.
Wow! Pretty woman, beautiful voice, great way to start the rally! Score another one for Trump.
