Democrats reportedly discuss dropping DNC chair Wasserman Schultz

Democrats on Capitol Hill have discussed the possiblity of removing Democratic National Committee chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz from her position prior to the party's national convention this summer in Philadelphia.

According to The Hill, some Democrats believe that Wasserman Schultz's ongoing battles with Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders have made her too divisive a figure to unite the party ahead of this fall's election campaign.

"There have been a lot of meetings over the past 48 hours about what color plate do we deliver Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s head on," one Democratic senator who supports frontrunner Hillary Clinton told The Hill.

"I don’t see how she can continue to the election," the lawmaker added. "How can she open the convention? Sanders supporters would go nuts."

"There’s a strong sentiment that the current situation is untenable and can only be fixed by her leaving," a senior Senate Democratic aide said. "There’s too much water under the bridge for her to be a neutral arbiter."

Isn’t it a war on women, to remove a woman from a high position?? Are democrats sexist against women chairmen??

She will get the boot after the Dems get crushed in November. They see the handwriting on the wall and their internal polls must be showing them something that a disaster is impending like 2008 was for the GOP.

Democrats accuse Republicans of a war on women, yet talk of bouncing a woman chairman from their convention.

They’re entitled to be sexist since rules of fair treatment don’t apply to liberals.

Paul Ryan might be available if they need a last minute substitute. He will probably play hard to get at first, but he can never resist a call for help from the Democrats.

Now what will she do? She’s way too stupid to do anything else.

As annoying as she is, I love her in that role. Imagine, if you will, that they put somebody competent, coherent and logical in the role. It’s hard to imagine a liberal who is all three and can still profess liberalism without resorting to superiority and snark. But I’m sure that person exists somewhere. My recollection is that John Edwards was a pretty good speaker and had a logical, persuasive mind.

Without this hag at the helm, then regardless of my numbers theory - Hillary should NOT be president.

If Debbie wassername-slutz is gone, there is NO WAY that Hillary should be there.

Ann Coulter sent out a hilarious tweet about DWS.

“I am sick and tired of everyone treating Debbie Wasserman Schultz like a brainless twit simply because she’s gorgeous.”

hahahahaha!

This is hilarious. Everything the LSM was telling us was happening to the Republicans is in fact, happening to the dimocrats.

I dislike DWS but I’ve seen nothing but loyalty from her to the Progressive Democratic party. She’s been forced to say the most outlandish things to give cover for prominent members.

Terry McAuliffe, DWS both being thrown under the bus? Top tier loyal Democrats. I think they’re being thrown to the mob.
