Her Thigh-ness probably knows that if she has Sanders as VP, one of his Bernouts will probably do an LBJ on her just to have Bernie as POTUS.

Same reason why Trump would not/should not take Cruz as his Veep.

Bernie has described her as the lesser of two evils. (At least I assume he regards Hillary as the lesser evil). Kind of hard to walk that one back . "Do you still think Mrs Clinton is evil, Mr Sanders?" is a question he would hear often as the veep candidate.
