Lest we forget that in chili season Walmart has chili roasters in front of their stores and sell them by the sack full...... It's an early sign of fall in NM. Most grocery stores have them out in front. An aroma that you don't soon forget, like mesquite BBQ or newly cut Christmas trees on the corner Boy Scout lot.
