Just sliced a fresh mozzarella with tomatoe with Greek olives and her a from the garden — basil, parsley and oregano. Will let it marinade for a few and eat it with some summer sausage. And green tea.

Sounds wonderful...I like the cheese that way, melted, on vegetables or on pizza too. I guess anyway is good!
