The last traitor to veterans we had as president, Carter, granted the Canadian draft dodgers amnesty during his term. Our brother was a draftee medic, KIA in 1968. When our dad heard the news that Carter granted amnesty to those cowards, he flew into such a rage I thought we were all doomed. This was a man who had a temper to begin with and I’d never seem him that angry before. He NEVER thought ANY president would ever do such a thing. Our mom couldn’t even talk him down. Between burying his 20 y/o son and Carter granting amnesty he was never the same. I’m grateful that he didn’t live to see this Obamination we have for a _resident now.
We learned just last year about the young man I mentioned earlier was KIA after 3 months. Friendly fire. Just a kid.
