10 million of us donating $50 each, and buying a hat or T-shirt with $10 profit built in will give him $600 million. A million more who have more resourcegivings $500 will put him well over the $1 billion mark.

Trump should be very public about NOT wanting - or accepting - big contributions from people who are clearly trying to buy influence.

of course! donald is a threat to the extremely profitable cheap labor express and export of manufacturing abroad to increase profits.

TransRepublicans...they’re not sure what they “identify” as, but feel safest to act like little bitches for the time being. Too much soy ;)

LOL!

"Republicans" who self-identify as Democrats.

You can find them in the women's room...

Glad to see the NYT is worried about Trump and the Republicans.

What do they have to say about Bernie getting screwed by Hillary and The DNC?

"Well, Sheldon Adelson has pledged $ 100 million for the Trump campaign and that is a start. A million smaller donors can make up a lot of the difference...."

good point.

the bern has been averaging $27/per donation.

if the 12 million individuals that voted for trump would donate an average of 27 bucks, that could raise $324 million.

if the 12 million individuals that voted for trump would donate an average of 100 bucks, that could raise $1.2 billion, and leave no meat hooks in the candidate.

Exactly. The big money can’t buy what they want from Trump. Thus they Resist Trumps Candidacy.

Trump is also showing that them that must of the campaign money raised is wasted and not used efficiently which is a testimony about how they will handle the deficits.
