A new ABC News/Washington Post poll shows a close contest in presidential election preferences, with Republicans lining up behind Donald Trump as their partys presumptive nominee while the continued Democratic race is keeping Hillary Clintons side more unsettled.
From the poll Trump leads:
Men: Trump 56-34%
Independents: Trump 48-35%
No degree: Trump 52-38%
Whites: Trump 57-33%

And the fun ain’t even started yet. It’s gonna get ugly. Popcorn-—————STAT!
VP vetting starts this week...sessions...palin...christie...gingrich...flynn...
What concerns me about this poll is that it doesn’t take into account the Never Trumper and 3rd party voters that will take away from Trump numbers. Hopefully he can keep this trend going enough to compensate.
Hillary not doing well with angry white males
It’s barely begun.
There is no turn-around for Hillary.
It’s not like people will suddenly realize that she has vast accomplishments.
It’s not like people will suddenly realize that Bill was actually a wonderful husband and father.
It’s not like the media will suddenly step in and begin working to help Hillary.
It doesn’t get better for her.
Only worse.
How did polls do versus results 2008, 2012?
As polls are now showing that Trump continues to gain acceptance from the voters and Traitorhillary continues to lose support from Americans (except of course from Demonicrat shill, James Comey), be prepared for the epidemic of explosive diarrhea of lies and distortions from fifth-column leftist media.
If Hillary is the nominee there will be a third party socialist candidate. Mark my words. Could be Bernie himself or someone else.
But if she goes to her convention trailing Trump in the polls and with thousands of Bernie supporters camped outside, her super-delegates might desert her.
The news story within the next two weeks will be “Is Trump peaking too early?”
You read it here first.
Has Herself peaked? For every voter The Donald may lose to the #NeverTrump crowd (May their tribe decrease!), they are sure to pick up an equivalent number from the throngs of #NeverHillary voters out there, most of whom are banging the drums for Bernie now.
Chances of the Libertarians getting much more of the vote than they already have garnered in recent elections, are somewhere between slim and none. It is growing much too late to mount a “Reform” or “Conservative” party launch, as Ross Perot has pretty much retired from active participation, and there was never a separate “Conservative” constituency outside the Republican party.
Not to say that The Donald has it in the bag just yet. Huge surprises could still appear on the horizon, making an unnatural tilt one way or the other, but at least the Democrats got their wish - they really wanted to face The Donald one-on-one in the November 2016 election
Be careful what you wish for, it may be granted.
You can’t beat somebody with nobody. And Herself is swiftly becoming a nobody in anyone’s world, if “nobody” is defined as a nonentity and irrelevant.
RIGHT ON!!! A good point: at this time in 1980 Renaldus Magnus was still trailing Carter. The Donald could be heading for a TOTAL BLOWOUT of the Witch and the other DemonCraps.
Crossover Deems will make up for them.
“at least the Democrats got their wish - they really wanted to face The Donald one-on-one in the November 2016 election”
I’m not sure they actually wanted to - they just said that to make Republican voters chose someone other than Trump.
That’s just so heartless to everyone here on FR.
Hillary is like the low-scoring collegiate basketball team that has to play “great defense” and keep the score low enough that they can win. Best she can hope for in a 2-way race is 51-49, IMO. If Trump cracks 50 she’s done and Obama knows it.
If these polls consistently show this thru the summer, buckle your seatbelts at the Dem Convention. I think Hillary will have to back away for “health reasons” and accept a pardon from Obama for various “high crimes & misdemeanors”. They’ll probably nominate Joe Biden if we get that far.
The danger for Trump is that Obama will invoke Plan B: Remove the Superdelegate support for Hillary in which case she cannot win the nomination and hand it to Bernie or Biden or Biden/Bernie.
