Speaking of, I ran across a Politico article that said 22 rules committee members had been chosen, but did not list names. I also noted it was dated 2 days prior to the one you posted. Maybe you have seen it already.
I haven’t seen that article.
There is apparently an overlap, since some of the delegates are on RNC rules committee and may also be state committee men or women.
I heard that Morton Blackwell was selected for VA again.
The LA Times has a long article on Cruz delegates today (with names), you may want to look through that and see if any of those pop up.
