What if you make your own pasta? ;-) Lump crab and Ricotta Ravioli last night with a lemon dill cream and ricotta sauce. ;-P Made from scratch with semolina flour. Took 40 minutes total. 10 dough. 10 hydration and do the rest of the Mise en place then 10 to roll and form the 60 Ravioli, and 10 for the final cook plate and serve. (Disclaimer: I am a husband)
Making pasta by hand sounds interesting. I doubt I can train my hubby to do that, though.
He knows how to make pizza. Although last night, he went to Little Caesar’s.
