Apparently Donald Trump should not be president because his father claimed his was a citizen in 1940, but she only became a citizen in 1942 (Trump was born in 1946).
Mary Anne left abject poverty in Scotland and within 20 years she was a dynamic partner to a wealthy builder and mother to five children, one of whom might just become president of the United States.
What a story – so why does Donald Trump not make more of it?
Because he wants to win based on who he is, not who his mother is.

Nice to see an original birth certificate included here, something we’ve never seen from Barack, unless you count the fraudulent one that Trump got out of him. The article does raise an interesting point though, I’d think it’d be a good story for Donald, his mother is a classic American dream story, came here with nothing, 20 years later she’s known as a philanthropist.
