I didn't read that she was fired or even reprimanded. If she gets fired, the ACLU or other shyster attorneys would help her file a whopping law suit....freedom of speech, discrimination and all that....

So Home Depot attorneys are probably treading lightly on this at the moment.

I agree with you, they’re treading lightly because for them to say no management actually saw her with the hat on is ridiculous, they have complaints and pics.
