Trump may be sincere or be pandering ... doesn't matter ... unless he portrays women as victims, the majority of women (I am ashamed to say this) won't vote for him.
I think he’s sincere.
I agree. I think he's bombastic and sometimes is mistaken, and makes promises he can't always keep, but he tries to be honest.
Women who work for Donald Trump work harder than women who work elsewhere?
With the rise of Trump this past year, I read an old copy of “The Art of the Deal.” In it he says “men are better than women but a good woman is better than 10 men.” As a professional woman, I agree with The Donald on this!!!
I think he is too. But it doesn’t matter. There are certain groups who are not happy if they are not portrayed as victims.
Trump keeps portraying women as capable, strong, smart ... etc. That is not what most women want to hear (again I am deeply ashamed to say that).
Ditto other perpetual victim groups.
This is not to say women and minorities didn’t/don’t face challenges, but where is the talk of the progress that has been made?
So, damned if you and damned if you don't hire women. Perfect.
It doesn’t matter to get their votes.
I’m tired of all this crap! Right-minded women are going to vote for Trump just like right-minded men! Can’t you see all these women who supposedly have been abused by Trump, love and respect the man. Lesbo, transgendered, and liberal women are mad at themselves and everyone else!
There is a double irony here. If a woman obtains a job with authority, she has to work harder than a man would to prove that she deserves it, but one of the main reasons she may think she has to prove herself is because of the presumption among underlings and colleagues that she got the job because of affirmative action instead of merit. Without affirmative action, every woman, minority, etc., hired or promoted would not have to prove themselves by working harder—they might work harder in order to prove she is worthy of a higher position, but that is something all go-getters do, regardless of sex, race, color, or creed.
These days “unwelcome advances” can mean telling a woman that you like her dress.
I go back to the days when that was called flirting——and we women loved it.
.
The point of this article is clear - journalists believe we should vote for a particular candidate because of "unsettling" sexual conduct by the other candidate over a period of decades. I suspect that Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones, Gennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinsky, Kathleen Willey, Elizabeth Ward Gracen, Dolly Kyle Browning, Sally Perdue, Bobbie Ann Williams, Lencola Sullivan, Susie Whitacre, and numerous children from Jeffrey Epstein's resort for pedophiles would have a comment or two on that reasoning.
“Im tired of all this crap! Right-minded women are going to vote for Trump just like right-minded men! Cant you see all these women who supposedly have been abused by Trump, love and respect the man.”
Yep, and I predict Trump will ruin Hillary’s crime-ridden life before this election is over: )
The connection between these events being what exactly? "On the same day"?! Are you kidding me?!
Even Eddy Haskal knew he should compliment Mrs. Cleaver on her shoes, hair or dress.
Used to be just good manners to have a kind word to the women around you.
It’s all Trump’s fault now ... Bush is relieved of duty.
Trump has hired many mid level and upper level managers that were female...More than a lot of other comparable businesses...
He is just being honest about women he hires...
Well of course I’m not speaking for all women. I’m not speaking in favor of this.
I very much don’t want to be right about this. It’s agonizing to believe this, but I think I’ve got it right.
Let’s hope I am wrong.
