Any woman or girl who finds herself in a changing room, bathroom, or locker room with a male must learn to do one thing: scream...yell “get away from me” and then claim the man tried to rape her. Then press charges. He said/she said.
If they start to be concerned about being possibly being charged with assault or rape Everytime they step into a woman’s space, they might think twice.
Also public outcry would ensue.
